Our Inspiration
Precious Plastic was originally created by Dave Hakken in 2013 as his graduation project from the Design Academy. Since 2013, he has improved on his designs with the help of others.
He decided on sharing the blueprints on the internet for free, with the hopes of making it easier for people to recycle anywhere in the world, using simple designs and low cost materials.
