1. New Members If you’ve just joined, there’s plenty of documentation to catch you up. I would recommend reading through the past Team Newsletters on Google Drive. Email or text me if you have trouble accessing Google Drive or Trello. 2. SCRUM at 6:30pm on Wednesday, July 13 The last meeting was an introductory get-to-know each other meeting. Here are our project leads/managers so far: Rachel Chan - Director Patrick Ma – Machine Shop Parisa Rahimian – Education Angat Desai – Shredder Manager positions still available (email me if you are interested): Advocacy Compressor Extruder Injector Our scrum tomorrow will go into last week’s progress and seeing what we aim to get done by next week. Meeting place will be held in Gallery FM. We will start with our groups (see your team manager) for details. Afterwards, we’ll convene the entire group. 3. Metric modelling Patrick held a metric modelling workshop this past weekend. Thank you to those who came out! We hope you learned a lot or were able to get a lot done! The manufacturing of the shredder and the extruder will be delayed about half a week as the machine shop’s waterjet has been shut down since Thursday. Hopefully it’ll be back up later this week. In the meantime, Sava and Patrick will be cutting out pieces for the frame. If you have modelled an item, please indicate so on Trello. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Patrick.
